Request data deletion

Fitiora lets you control your personal data as follows.

In the app

Open Profile and choose Delete account to deactivate your account. Workout history and profile content are removed. Limited authentication records may be retained as required for security, abuse prevention, or law.

Request deletion without deleting your account

To request deletion of specific personal data while keeping your account, email support@fitiora.app from the email address on your Fitiora account. Include:

• Subject: Data deletion request
• The email used for your Fitiora account
• Which data you want deleted (for example profile photo, profile fields, or all personal data except the account)

We aim to respond within 30 days. We may verify ownership of the account before acting on the request.
